At EaseEra, we want you to love how your home looks! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window You have [7 DAYS] from the date of delivery to request a return. If [X DAYS] have passed since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Items We pack everything with extra care, but sometimes accidents happen during shipping.

  • If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective item, please take clear photos or a video of the damage immediately.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for damaged items.

4. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Gift cards.

  • Perishable goods (like flowers or food).

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items bought during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

5. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and send you instructions on where to ship the package.

  3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective/Wrong Items: We will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For "Change of Mind" Returns: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Refunds (If Applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or bank account/UPI) within [5 to 7 business days] 

8. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (e.g., different color), send us an email at [easeera.official@gmail.com].
