2. Shipping Costs We try to keep shipping as affordable as possible.

4. Damaged or Missing Items We pack fragile items (like glass and ceramics) with extra layers of protection. However, if your package arrives damaged:

  • Please take photos of the box and the damaged item immediately.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund for you right away.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your address and phone number before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
